We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size issues, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@myflytshirts.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you. **You are not required to return the damaged or incorrect item — a replacement will be sent automatically.**
Non‑Returnable Items
Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it. If you want a different size or design, please place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
