Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

A clear photo of the issue
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Tracking Not Updating
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to refresh after the carrier scans the package. If it hasn’t updated after 48 hours, reach out and we’ll check it.
Package Marked Delivered but Not Received
Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early. Give it 24–48 hours — it usually shows up.

Wrong Address Entered
We can’t reroute packages once they ship. If the order hasn’t entered production yet, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it.
