FAQ — My Fly T‑Shirts
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. Every U.S. order ships free — no minimums, no surprises.
How long does production take? All items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
How long is shipping? Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally? Not right now — we currently ship within the United States only.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? No, we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
How do I know what size to order? Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering, as we can't accept returns for sizing issues.
Can I return or exchange my order? Because everything is printed on demand, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer's remorse. We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Email us at support@myflytshirts.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it's damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? If it's been more than 10 days since your shipping confirmation, email us at support@myflytshirts.com and we'll look into it.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Are your shirts printed in-house? All My Fly T‑Shirts products are made to order using trusted professional production partners. This lets us deliver consistent quality, fresh prints, and fast turnaround on every order — no mass production, no old inventory, ever.
